Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CallMyCab, we strive to offer a simple and efficient cab listing experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. No Cancellations

  • Once a cab listing is submitted and approved, it cannot be cancelled. Listings will remain live on the platform for the duration of the selected period.

2. No Refunds

  • CallMyCab does not offer refunds for any listings, including both free and premium listings. This applies to:
    • Mistaken listings
    • Changes of mind
    • Dissatisfaction with listing performance

3. Premium Listing Payments

  • All payments for premium listings are non-refundable. Once payment is made and the listing is ranked higher, the fee is considered final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

4. Listing Modifications

  • If you need to modify your listing, you may be allowed to update the details (such as contact information or vehicle details) at no extra cost, subject to our approval.
  • Modification requests must be made through the user dashboard or by contacting our support team.

5. Service Interruptions

  • In the rare event of technical issues or service disruptions on our platform, CallMyCab will work diligently to resolve the problem. However, this does not entitle the user to a refund.

6. Chargebacks

  • In the event of a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider, CallMyCab reserves the right to remove the associated listing from the platform immediately.

7. Discretionary Adjustments

  • CallMyCab reserves the right to make adjustments or offer credits in exceptional cases. Any such actions are at the sole discretion of CallMyCab and do not establish a precedent for future listings or claims.
